Birth Registration Appointment
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT TO REGISTER YOUR BABY PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SERVICE.
Births should only be registered in the district in which they occured. If your baby was not born within Bournemouth,Christchurch or Poole you can still register a birth by declaration but you will not receive a birth certificate at you appointment. Details of the birth(s) will be sent to the child's birth district and you will have to contact them to arrange a birth certificate, please allow a few days after making the declaration before contacting them. Please call the relevant office below to book this appointment.
